Purpose of the role:
The primary aim of the Transformation Lead is driving data‑driven business transformation initiatives by combining market research, analytical insight, and stakeholder communication. The role focuses on turning complex data into clear recommendations, measurable impact, and actionable transformation roadmaps. Strong presentation skills and the ability to leverage AI‑enabled analytics are key differentiators.
Key Activities:
- Lead analytical initiatives within transformation
- Lead and manage transformation projects within Finance or other domains
- Conduct market research and benchmarking to identify opportunities, gaps, and trends
- Prepare, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure analytical integrity
- Perform calculations, financial modelling to quantify impact and benefits
- Translate analysis into clear, compelling presentations for senior stakeholders
- Define success metrics and track transformation progress
- Partner with business, strategy, and technology teams to align insights with execution
- Support decision‑making through scenario analysis and data‑backed recommendations
- Leverage AI‑supported tools to accelerate analysis, automate insights
- Cooperation across organization to utilize different capabilities for effective processes automation
- Understand “as-is” process and support design “to-be” process / operating model. Capture different stakeholders’ business needs and ability to address in project deliverables followed by project execution (process, technology area)
- Assess automation feasibility and business case/ ROI calculation for best business-driven selection
- Support upskilling mechanism across organization from the area of digital expertise
- Run regular progress review meetings with the different stakeholders and report progress review
- Enable best practices sharing across countries and domains
- Monitoring projects results, justification and calibration of inefficiencies identified.
- Driving digital innovation, which is supporting delivery of savings and efficiencies withing SMART Finance
Skills required:
- +3 years of experience transformation initiatives in Finance or other domains area with proven result of achieving the initiative outcomes
- Strong analytical thinking skills and analytical tools knowledge
- Ability to analyse complex business problems and recommend corresponding solutions using analytical tools
- Good project management skills – ability to coordinate with relevant stakeholders to manage project plan and deliverables are given on time, within budget and other agreed conditions.
- Good communication skills and partner facing skills, managing various stakeholders with various needs. Team player with ability to influence others.
- Understanding and practical usage of ERP systems
