The Software Solution Architect partners with Sales and Service to engage with customers in a presales planning capacity in developing detailed SW Solution Plan proposals and establishing project and quote readiness. A seasoned leader through expert experiences and skills. Expert in addressing complex
issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises independent judgment and prioritization and
discretion in solving complex planning issues.
• Expert on Varian products portfolio and software offering/price book and navigation within quoting/sales process Salesforce (Unity) tool.
• Expert in handling all complex planning requests independently, following software planning processes and utilizing necessary tools and planning templates.
• Expert in System Topology diagrams with Visio to visually present a customer’s technical environment as part of planning solutions.
• Expert in implementing cloud solutions and virtualized server platforms.
• Work closely with internal teams serving as an expert technology solution resource to develop complex Implementation Plans.
• Engage and lead customer-facing strategy sessions as Subject Matter Expert. Customer stakeholders
include all clinical & IT levels, including the CIO & hospital executives.
• Successful in establishing trust with clients in a pre-project capacity, demonstrated through consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes and setting proper expectations.
• Assignment to handle Luminary, Strategic, Complex, or other high-visibility customers and projects.
• Manage and take a leadership role in customer escalations
