Lean Manufacturing Principles: Just In Time (JIT), Six Sigma, Ishikawa, 5S, SMED, PDCA and other related tools
Machine Operation Operate all steps and activities for a required production machine according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other instructions if applicable.
Maintenance Practice Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
Manufacturing Knowledge Use of NAPCO’s machines, tools and labor to manufacture NAPCO’s products, and in the general process of transforming raw materials into finished goods.
Occupational Health and Safety Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
Production Effectiveness Develop, implement and enhance the processes, tools, and training that enable NAPCO to respond quickly to customer needs and market changes while still controlling output, quality and cost. Intermediate Production Efficiency Generate the required output with the least required resources.
