Overview
We are seeking a detailed oriented, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role plays a key part in delivering excellent customer experience by managing customer accounts, handling inquiries and supporting sales efforts with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service through timely, professional communication
- Accurately enter, process, and manage customer orders from initial entry through shipment
- Support customers with quotes, pricing, delivery inquiries, and issue resolutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Inside Sales Representatives, Regional Sales Managers, and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience
- Develop and apply knowledge of key business processes and internal systems, including the Sales Database and Pricing Module
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team performance goals

- Demonstrate strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining initiative and productivity during slower periods
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as required
Preferred
- Previous Customer Service Experience
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience using Salesforce
