As Test Manager, this role offers the opportunity to lead quality at scale across a complex, high-profile programme. You will shape how testing is approached end-to-end, influencing strategy, guiding delivery and giving senior stakeholders the clarity they need to make confident decisions through your insights on quality, risk and readiness.
You will play a central role in how we deliver great customer experiences, ensuring solutions are tested in smarter, more efficient ways with a strong focus on automation and continuous improvement. Your work will directly support the performance, stability and reliability of critical banking applications, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, simplicity and putting the customer first.
