Your main responsibilities are
Employees adapt to shift needs,
According to the production plan, complete the production tasks for each shift,
Implement relevant safety regulations of the company,
Ensure 5S in the work area,
Accept the reward and punishment system formulated by the company,
Receive all training arranged by the company.
You will shine in this role when you have:
At least three years of experience in operating CNC machine tools.
Familiar with and proficient in programming instructions for Siemens and Frank systems.
Be able to familiarize and master the ability to read mechanical drawings.
Ability to distinguish basic machining processes.
Master the basic usage knowledge of cutting tools and measuring tools. 6.Actively participate in project improvement in the workshop and factory.
