Role Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented eLearning Module Developer / Designer to design and develop engaging, interactive learning materials. The ideal candidate will combine instructional design expertise with technical skills to produce high-quality digital learning experiences that enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Key Responsibilities

Design and develop visually appealing and interactive eLearning modules

Create graphics, layouts, and multimedia elements aligned with learning objectives

Translate instructional content into engaging digital learning experiences

Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs, and developers to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness

Identify and solve design and development challenges in eLearning delivery

Optimize learning materials for user engagement and knowledge retention

Conduct testing and quality assurance of eLearning modules before deployment

Provide feedback and recommendations to improve course design and usability
Required Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills

Strong understanding of eLearning design principles and instructional design

Ability to create engaging and informative digital learning content

Excellent problem-solving skills in design and development contexts

Strong communication skills to present ideas and collaborate with stakeholders
Technical Skills

Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)

Knowledge of video editing and multimedia production

Basic understanding of application development concepts
