

JOB DUTIES
Completes anniversary increases monthly for all employees
Facilitates FMLA and Non-FMLA process for all employees
Participates in salary surveys
Completes UKG input taken from the 6-part personnel file folder for new hires in absence of other HR Specialist.
Compiles and completes routine and custom reports as assigned, surveys, statistics, etc. (i.e., anniversary report, perfect attendance report, vacancy and turnover reports, etc.).
Provides information to managers, supervisors and staff as requested regarding interpretation of personnel policies; replies to employment verification and reference inquiries received.
Responds to incoming calls and guests to the department.
Maintains accurate files with regards to all area of responsibility.
Processes changes in staff information (rates, some deductions and earnings, etc.).
Communicates changes to appropriate departments (Payroll, Information Systems, etc.).
Responds to external requests for salary survey data and completes appropriate questionnaires when directed by HR V.P.
Participates in the planning and implementation of special functions.
MINIMUM EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Must be a high school graduate with additional training in business subjects.
Associate degree in Business Administration preferred.
