What You’ll Be Doing
- Keep dishes, glassware, cookware, and utensils clean, polished, and ready for service
- Help the kitchen run smoothly during busy restaurant, banquet, and event operations
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dish area
- Operate commercial dish machines and washing stations efficiently
- Assist with trash removal, recycling, and overall kitchen cleanliness
- Support the culinary team with basic prep and other kitchen tasks when needed
- Take pride in keeping the heart of the kitchen moving
