Hands-on operational leadership in an international manufacturing environment

At RealTruck RTD, we are looking for an experienced, pragmatic Supply Chain Manager to take end-to-end ownership of supply chain execution at our Danish production site. This is an operational leadership role for someone who has built and run supply chains in manufacturing environments, and who still enjoys being close to the operation.
You will lead an established team of approximately 10 employees across supply chain execution, logistics, warehouse operations, and customer support. Your mission is simple, but critical: stable daily operations, high delivery reliability, and continuous operational improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who has “been there, done that” and now wants real responsibility, visible impact, and the ability to influence how things are done, without moving into a purely corporate or strategic desk role.
