Expected Earnings: $120,000 - $220,000+ annually

Go Kia Tacoma is looking for a Service Manager who knows how to lead people, drive performance, and create an exceptional customer experience. This is an opportunity to step into a busy dealership with strong support, strong traffic, and real earning potential.
We’re looking for someone who can build culture, hold standards, develop employees, and run an efficient operation without losing focus on the customer experience.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and support a team of service advisors, technicians, and support staff
- Drive shop productivity, efficiency, CSI, and profitability
- Maintain a positive, accountable, customer-first culture
- Handle escalated customer concerns professionally and confidently
- Oversee workflow, repair timelines, appointments, and department operations
- Coach and develop employees through training, mentorship, and performance management
- Partner with Parts, Sales, and dealership leadership to drive overall store success
