PROVISION MASTER / HOTEL CONTROLLER / INVENTORY MANAGER – LUXURY EXPEDITIONS VESSEL On behalf of one of our luxury expedition clients, we are now recruiting for the following position.Your tasks:·Observe hygienic food handling according to CDC regulations·Responsible for all quality control and storage of food, beverages, hotel consumables and chemicals·Responsible for all delivery, receiving and control of goods, receipt logs·Supervise storekeeper and utilities working in the storeroom·Overall responsibility for store rooms·Report maintenance issues to the Engineering team·Responsible for cleanliness and temperature logs for all cold freezers·Daily checking of all products while observing expiry dates/FIFO·Purchasing planning together with the head chef·Correct inventory control and stock taking ·Updating chemical sheets for hotel chemicalsYour profile:·Ideally previous experience in the rank in expedition cruising·Minimum 5 years experience as Provision Master in international cruise ships·Excellent computer skills with word, excel, MXP, RESCO, Fidelio·Fluent English·A very good sense of detail·Familiar with the CDC operation manual
Contract Duration: 3 months onboard, 3 months vacation
