The Accounting Specialist is an integral member of the KVH accounting team, responsible for payroll processing and administration for Hospital District 2, with additional support provided to Hospital District 1. This role also plays a key supporting function in accounts payable operations, assisting with invoice processing, vendor payments, and related workflows. Time in this position is expected to be approximately evenly divided between payroll and accounts payable responsibilities, ensuring consistent support across both functions. The position also contributes to general fiscal services and supports monthly, quarterly, and annual regulatory reporting while ensuring compliance with established organizational policies and procedures.
