Reporting to the Regional Manager, the Regional Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and supporting operations and logistics for programs, projects and events of the Annapolis Valley and South Shore Regional Offices and the Division of Communities, Sport and Recreation. The Regional Program Coordinator is also responsible for key components of the grant management system, file management, regional office operating budget, inventory, and forecasting. The Coordinator will generate reports and conduct research that will inform the work of the Regional Manager and team, Division and Department. The Coordinator is a primary point of contact for program specific inquiries and serves as back up to the Regional Manager and other program staff. The Coordinator will also carry out OHS inspections, and the administrative tasks and general organization of the Regional Offices and as requested by Supervisor for the Division and Department.
The successful candidate will have (4) years of comparable experience. An acceptable equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

The office location is in the Town Kentville, with five (5) days in the office location. Infrequent travel required for department meetings.
Pay Grade: CL 18
Salary Range: $1,848.39 - $2,068.11 Bi-Weekly
