We are looking for a Salesforce Support Engineer to join a collaborative Agile/DevOps environment and support the development, maintenance, and optimization of Salesforce solutions. The role combines hands-on development, platform support, integrations, and troubleshooting, while working closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions, integrations, and data migration components
Support Salesforce administration, configuration, and daily platform operations
Troubleshoot technical issues, manage incidents, and provide application support
Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines and DevOps processes
Perform testing, validation, and performance optimization to ensure platform reliability and security
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system enhancements, deployments, and new features
Participate in requirements analysis and contribute to solution improvements
Create and maintain technical documentation and support materials
Monitor platform performance and proactively address issues and risks
Recommend improvements to existing processes, integrations, and configurations
Required Experience & Qualifications
3+ years of experience with Salesforce development, configuration, or administration
2+ years of experience with Salesforce Field Service solutions
Experience building integrations between Salesforce and ERP or enterprise systems
Hands-on experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Metadata APIs, etc.)
Proficiency in Lightning Web Components (LWC) development
Good understanding of DevOps principles, CI/CD practices, and Agile methodologies
Experience with ServiceMax functionality, including Service Flow Manager, Dispatch Processes, Service Contracts, Entitlements, Invoicing, Installed Products, or Go App
Experience with tools such as JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and fluent English
A significant advantage would be
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Platform Developer
