Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 6+ years
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Contact/Data Designer.
- Good understanding of SQL for data queries, segmentation, and audience building.
- Experience in AMPscript for personalization and dynamic content creation.
- Knowledge of API integrations using REST and SOAP for Marketing Cloud integrations with external systems.
- Experience in gathering and analyzing marketing requirements and converting them into user stories and technical specifications.
- Strong understanding of email marketing, customer journey mapping, automation, and personalization strategies.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including marketing, analytics, and development teams.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices including sprint planning and backlog management.
- Ability to define KPIs and success metrics for marketing campaigns.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and prioritize marketing requirements and convert them into user stories for Salesforce Marketing Cloud development
- Act as the primary liaison between marketing teams and technical development teams, ensuring alignment of business goals with platform capabilities.
- Own and manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value, stakeholder input, and strategic objectives.
- Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review sessions, ensuring clear communication of priorities and deliverables.
- Work with marketing analysts to define KPIs, campaign success metrics, and performance measurement frameworks.
- Provide guidance on Salesforce Marketing Cloud best practices including email marketing, automation, personalization, and customer journey design.
- Design and oversee end-to-end marketing solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud components.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and effective marketing automation solutions.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze user feedback, and drive continuous improvement of marketing journeys and features.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and coordinate deployment and release activities.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, staying updated on platform enhancements and industry trends to guide solution strategy.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
