Job Description
REQUIREMENTS:
- Total Experience 6+ years
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform and marketing automation concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SFMC modules including: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio Content Builder, Contact Builder, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio
- Good experience writing moderately complex SQL queries for segmentation and data management.
- Strong knowledge of AMPscript, SSJS, HTML, and CSS for responsive email development.
- Experience with Data Extensions, audience segmentation, personalization, and triggered communications.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices for email marketing and automation.
- Experience with API integrations and external system connectivity.
- Strong understanding of email testing, deliverability, domain/IP reputation, and campaign monitoring.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently in geographically distributed teams.
- Experience with Mobile SDK is an added advantage.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and deploy email campaigns, customer journeys, and marketing automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Build responsive and dynamic email templates using AMPscript, HTML/CSS, and SSJS.
- Configure and manage Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Content Builder.
- Create audience segmentation, personalization strategies, and targeted customer communications.
- Develop SQL queries, manage Data Extensions, and implement API integrations.
- Support lifecycle campaigns, triggered communications, and marketing automation initiatives.
- Monitor campaign performance, email deliverability, and domain/IP reputation metrics.
- Troubleshoot campaign execution, automation failures, and integration-related issues.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, administrators, and cross-functional teams to deliver marketing solutions.
- Implement and monitor the complete lifecycle of email, messaging, and segmentation campaigns.
- Build and launch marketing emails and messaging campaigns as required by business stakeholders.
- Design and manage marketing assets including email layouts and campaign visuals where needed.
- Analyze email campaign reports and identify trends to support optimization and future decision-making.
- Act as module lead and serve as the point of contact (POC) for assigned markets or regions.
- Document system processes, identify recurring issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and support implementation of new marketing solutions and capabilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
