Job Description
As an IT Project Manager at Ubisoft Montreal, you will support enterprise wide and cross functional security initiatives as part of the Security and Risk Management team. You will plan, coordinate, and deliver high impact projects from the security portfolio, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes. In this role, the IT Project Manager plays a key part in driving collaboration, clarity, and execution across distributed teams.
What you’ll do
- Lead end-to-end project management for security initiatives while supporting program-level coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
- Partner with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, success metrics, and validated deliverables.
- Manage scope, budgets, timelines, and risks while tracking key performance indicators and escalating issues as needed.
- Coordinate with team leads and subject matter experts to prioritize work and maintain JIRA backlogs aligned with department objectives and business value.
- Deliver clear and structured communications that support transparency, alignment, and momentum.
- Support adoption and continuous improvement of Security and Risk Management practices, with a focus on efficiency and scalability.
- Coach teams on project management and agile practices, promoting consistent and effective ways of working.
- Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Proven stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build trust.
- Strong critical thinking and risk awareness, with the ability to connect initiatives across portfolios.
- Practical knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with sound judgment to adapt approaches as needed.
- Strong communication and data literacy skills, translating complex information into actionable insights.
- Experience supporting change management and adoption of new practices, with familiarity with structured frameworks considered an asset.
- High standards for quality, structure, and attention to detail in both deliverables and communications.
