This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of significant property and infrastructure developments across Qantas Group locations globally. You will oversee capital works programs, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with best practice standards.
As a Senior Property Development Manager, you will lead and develop a team of Property Development Managers while overseeing external consultants, governance processes, and financial performance. The role also involves negotiation with airport owners and operators to secure operational facilities and infrastructure solutions aligned to business needs.
You will prepare and deliver high-quality written and verbal presentations to senior executive stakeholders on project performance, risks, and portfolio outcomes.
The Property Development team provides end-to-end property project management services across the Qantas Group lifecycle, from fit outs through to new developments. The team partners with a broad range of stakeholders to deliver solutions that support evolving operational requirements and enhance customer experience.
