Student opportunity: HR Administrative Support

About the Role

Your main responsibilities in this role will include:

 

• Providing administrative support to HR Admin teams responsible for the employee lifecycle, in line with local legislation and Swiss Re policies
• Filing and e-filing of documents; checking employee files
• Scanning documents (e.g. employment contracts, sick leave confirmations, birth certificates)
• Coordinating contract signing with new joiners and addendum signing with employees
• Supporting data entry into HR systems
• Performing 4‑eye checks on generated documents for selected processes
• Preparing and sending off‑boarding documentation
• Supporting HR Admin team activities towards employees (e.g. addendum distribution, tax sessions)
• Absence checks in the Time Management system
• Participation in the administration of company benefits
• Handling ad‑hoc tasks (e.g. preparation of reports)

 

About the Team

 

We cover tasks related to the employee lifecycle, benefit administration, payroll, and additional project work. You will be part of a complex, cross‑country, cross‑cultural, cross‑process, and multilingual environment.

 

About You

• Proficiency in Slovak and English

The minimum gross base salary for this role is EUR 7 gross per hour.
