About Grab and Our Workplace
Grab is Southeast Asia's leading superapp. From getting your favourite meals delivered to helping you manage your finances and getting around town hassle-free, we've got your back with everything. In Grab, purpose gives us joy and habits build excellence, while harnessing the power of Technology and AI to deliver the mission of driving Southeast Asia forward by economically empowering everyone, with heart, hunger, honour, and humility.
Get to Know the Team
Our Tax team partners with the business to keep Grab compliant across every market we operate in, while turning regulatory complexity into clear, commercial advice. In Thailand, the team owns the full tax lifecycle for a portfolio of legal entities — covering corporate income tax, VAT, withholding tax, transfer pricing and tax accounting — and works hand-in-hand with Controllership, FP&A, Legal and the Regional Tax team in Singapore. We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is hungry to learn, technically curious, and ready to take ownership of compliance for a portfolio of entities under the guidance of the Tax Manager.
Get to Know the Role
As Assistant Tax Manager, you will be the day-to-day owner of tax compliance for an assigned portfolio of Thailand entities, with an emphasis on applying automation tools for efficiency. As the business expands, you will advise on any tax implications that arise from new business ventures and opportunities. This is a hands-on role suited to someone with 4–8 years of relevant experience who is forward-thinking and wants to broaden their scope across the full tax stack inside a high-growth technology business.
