We're seeking a talented, strategic Senior Marketing Designer to own creative production across Cambly's global B2B and B2C initiatives. You'll support B2B marketing and sales enablement (enterprise collateral, presentations, localized materials), collaborate on B2C campaigns and global initiatives, and support agile social media content.
This role requires fast execution, strong collaboration across teams, and the ability to scale creative output across global markets while maintaining brand consistency. You'll leverage design expertise, video production knowledge, and AI-assisted tools to improve both quality and efficiency.
What You'll Do
Design high-impact B2B assets: enterprise collateral, sales presentations, localized marketing materials, and client-facing deliverables
Support global B2C campaigns: digital ads, landing pages, email, and multi-channel campaign creative
Produce video and motion content: short-form video, motion graphics, animated presentations, and social-first video assets
Execute agile social production: plan and direct content shoots, capture testimonials and student stories, edit and adapt content for rapid iteration and daily delivery across platforms
Develop localized creative: adapt global campaigns across regions, languages, and cultural contexts; support regional initiatives and holidays
Collaborate cross-functionally: work with marketing, sales enablement, localization, content, and regional teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
Optimize workflows: help improve creative production processes, leveraging AI tools for ideation, layout generation, editing, and scalability
Stay ahead of trends: remain current on design, motion, social, and AI-assisted creative tools
5+ years of design experience in B2B and/or B2C marketing environments
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital marketing, campaign, and presentation design
Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proven video production and editing experience (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent)
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects)
Strong visual composition, typography, animation, and storytelling skills
Experience creating social-first content, including video editing and content adaptation
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple fast-paced projects across teams and time zones
Comfortable operating in high-volume environments with rapid feedback and iteration cycles
Familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools for ideation, layout generation, image editing, or motion workflows
Nice-to-Have
Experience with AI-assisted creative tools (layout generation, image editing, motion workflows)
Familiarity with localization workflows and cross-cultural design
Experience designing for global brands or scaling startups
Photography or video direction experience for social-first content
