We offer aroma ingredients for many applications, such as fragrance creations like perfumes, shampoo, soaps, detergents and cleaners, fine fragrances, air care and more as well as for diverse flavor compositions.
In this role, you will lead the commercial strategy, key account management, and sales function for Aroma Ingredients across the Americas region, ensuring strong customer engagement, profitable growth, and seamless execution of commercial excellence processes in full alignment with our global Aroma Ingredients strategy.
The role entails an estimated 25–30% travel requirement.

BASF is committed to pay transparency practices. The competitive pay range for this role is $160,480 - $200,600. Actual pay will be determined based on education, certifications, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
