Reporting to the Director of DTC Subscriber Growth, the Coordinator, DTC Subscriber Growth will provide executional marketing and campaign support across the Subscriber Growth team for the launch and growth of MS NOW’s new-to-market subscription experience. This role will have a broad and meaningful impact on team success by contributing to the execution of campaigns and initiatives across subscriber acquisition, lifecycle marketing, conversion optimization, and marketing operations. Responsibilities include supporting the build, QA, and deployment of CRM communications, assisting with product marketing experimentation, and helping manage project timelines and creative development cycles.
The ideal candidate has had exposure to digital marketing, media, or email campaign execution and processes within a brand or agency environment. This role spans multiple marketing workstreams and offers opportunities to deepen expertise and explore further specialization over time. The ideal candidate is curious, proactive, and brings enough practical experience in one or more of the areas below to contribute from day one.

Salary Range: $24 - $31/hr
