- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional half-day Saturdays

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and pets warmly
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic calendar
- Process payments and maintain accurate client records
- Communicate clearly with veterinary staff and clients
- Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby area
- Handle administrative tasks, including email, filing, and data entry
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service or receptionist experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfort with computers and learning clinic software
- The ability to stay calm under pressure and handle emotional situations with empathy
