- Role: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
- Status: Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable and based on experience
- Schedule: 4-day schedule. 8 am - 6 pm Monday/Wednesday/Thursday, 8 am- 4 pm Friday. Flexible within reason

Primary Pet Care is a compassionate, fast-paced veterinary practice dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients and outstanding service to their owners. We are currently seeking an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team and help create a welcoming, professional experience for every client and patient who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Do
- Greet clients and patients with professionalism and compassion
- Answer multi-line phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Check patients in and out accurately
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Communicate clearly with veterinarians and support staff
- Manage prescription requests and medical records
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide excellent customer service in a busy environment
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring

- Experience with veterinary software systems preferred
