Advanced Care Veterinary Hospital is currently seeking candidates for a full-time Receptionist to join our exceptional team. If you have a “can do” attitude with an outgoing personality, we may be looking for you!
We are a thriving small animal and exotic practice committed to providing high-quality medicine and surgery, with clients and patients from all over the region. Located near Tulsa, Jenks, Sapulpa, and Glenpool, our hospital is home to four full-time veterinarians supported by a highly trained team in a friendly, fast-paced environment.
Our facility includes a large surgical suite, dental suite, ultrasound, digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, in-house laboratory, therapeutic laser, underwater treadmill, and more. We also offer chiropractic, acupuncture, and rehabilitation services, allowing us to provide comprehensive care for our patients while building strong relationships with our clients and community.

What You’ll Do
- Greet and assist clients with professionalism and compassion
- Answer calls, schedule appointments, and respond to client questions
- Check clients in and out, including invoicing and payment processing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist clients with weights, drop-offs, loading, and unloading pets
- Fill prescriptions and assist with merchandise sales
- Handle reminder calls, follow-ups, emails, and other communications
- File insurance claims and business-related paperwork
- Scan and maintain accurate client records
- Accept and organize incoming mail and packages
- Assist veterinary technicians and veterinarians as needed
- Support inventory check-in and storage
- Participate in cross-training opportunities throughout the hospital
What Our Veterinary Receptionists Bring
- Interest in working with and around small animals
- Prior customer service or reception experience preferred
- Veterinary or animal care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to foster respectful working relationships
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift, and perform active tasks throughout the day
