Mueller Veterinary Services is a 5-doctor mixed animal practice looking to add a friendly and dedicated Customer Service Representative to our welcoming hospital team. We are compassionate, caring, and devoted to providing individualized care for our clients and patients. If you love animals and enjoy helping people, this position could be the perfect fit for you.

What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple phone lines professionally and efficiently
- Schedule appointments and assist clients with questions
- Greet clients and patients warmly
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Help maintain a clean and comfortable reception area
- Support clients and patients with exceptional customer service
- Assist the veterinary team with daily front desk operations
