HI-LIFT:
Including but not limited to the following:
Comply with all Imerys, MSHA and Equipment Mfg. Safety Policies and Procedures.
Set up and inspect equipment prior to operation. (Preshift) Check all fluids, fuel, engine oil, hydraulic oil etc., tires, steering, brakes etc.
Receives Loading instructions on MSS on loading each shipment and identifies Lot Numbers and Customer Order Numbers on product prior to loading. If loading floorstock, provide Lot Numbers to QSC for processing.
Inspect product prior to loading to identify broken bags or poorly stacked bags for removal and replacement.
Complete Shipping Check Sheets and take photos after loading each shipment.
Move freight, stock, and other materials to and from storage and production areas, loading docks, delivery vehicles, and containers by hand or using hand trucks, forklifts and other equipment. Sorts material before loading and unloading.
Loading of Box Rail Cars and records Seal Numbers and completes Boxcar Loading Form.
Continually replenishes staging areas of pallets and bags to allow for smooth transition of production shifts.
Identifies damaged or defective materials and completes necessary paperwork for identification purposes.
Empties all trash bins and dump boxes in assigned areas prior to end of shift.
Maintains clean/housekeeping area at all times.
Operates Hi-Lift in a safe manner and identifies necessary maintenance issues to ensure proper operation of equipment and notifies Supervisor of any maintenance issues.

BAGGING:
Including but not limited to the following:
Comply with all Imerys, MSHA and Equipment Mfg. Safety Policies and Procedures.
Set up and inspect equipment prior to operation. (Preshift) Check all fluids, fuel, engine oil, hydraulic oil etc., tires, steering, brakes etc.Operator completes Pre-Shift Safety Inspection form to identify any safety issues.
Operator will bring product into each packaging station and operate each packaging station.
Assign Lot Numbers in accordance with NFCD0027, and sets up correct bags, pallets and stencil mark per bagging orders. Insures all product flow and machinery are functioning correctly.
Operators weighs bags and records weights on Bag Weight Run Chart, obtains “start” product sample, and obtains sample at mandated intervals within each load and obtains “finish” sample.
Records all bag weights on supersak bags and ensures proper sealing procedures.
Operator completes the In-Process Packaging Sheet – NFCD0066 and transfers to the QSC for allocation.
