Key accountabilities
• Assist the events team in documentation preparation and contract follow-up
• Coordinate with the hotel departments to ensure accurate and efficient fulfillment of client needs
• Provide on-site coordination to ensure smooth event execution.
• Maintain accurate and complete client records and system information.
General requirements
• Strong communication skills in both Chinese and English
• Detail-oriented, organized, with strong time management skills
• A strong service mindset and team spirit
• Relevant experience is an advantage
