To provide a variety of financial activities including planning, forecasting, decision support and financial accounting oversight with specific focus on preparation and consolidation of profitability reports and performance measurement & management to enable achievement of business objectives.

ANALYTICAL SUPPORT
• Monitor and track key KPIs (Volumes, Margins, COGS, Expenses, Cost to serve etc.) and business metrics for accuracy and completeness.
• Enable business performance reviews by periodically monitoring, analysing and reporting business results.
• Develop and produce reporting analytics to clearly identify key trends, patterns, anomalies and key drivers for further investigation, optimisation or utilisation.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure routine reports and queries are efficiently produced.
• Provide analytical and financial support to the Lubricants Manufacturing and Distribution team.
BUSINESS PLANNING, BUDGETING & FORECASTING
• Co-ordinate and prepare all the relevant business planning & budget inputs from Divisional departments (Sales & Supply Chain) for the development of the business plan in line with divisional strategy
• Prepare and support the presentation layer of Business planning process to stakeholders
• Preparation of budget files for submission to Group for consolidation
• Prepare monthly forecast for the Division comprehending latest business environment and trends
FINANCIAL & MANAGEMENT REPORTING
• Preparation and analysis of the monthly, and year-end, Income Statement and Balance Sheet, including associated liaisons with Group Finance & Audit (Internal & External)
• Identify and improve the efficiency of processes of financial transactions
• Prepare Management reporting to assess performance and identify course correction
• Ensure that Lubes Reporting system is kept up-to-date, source data managed, system properly maintained, and supports the reporting requirements of the Division and the Group
MAINTAIN & IMPROVE DATA QUALITY
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency in all deliverables
• Build and maintain basic models, templates, forecasts and simple scenario analyses
• Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting processes, templates and data pipelines
PROJECT ANALYSIS AND EVALUATION
• Evaluate financial and non-financial benefits for identified projects as well as post investment audits
• Ensure process is optimized and managed effectively with the key stakeholders
