Senior Personnel Support Specialist (MILPERS)

Position Title: Military Personnel Support Specialist

Location: El Segundo, CA (On-site)

Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility

U.S. Citizenship required

OMNI is seeking a Millitary Personnel Support Specialist to provide HR operations, workforce management, and administrative support to the Space-Based Sensing and Targeting (SBST) Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Office.

• Support military personnel administration including onboarding, offboarding, staffing, and awards packages

• Maintain personnel records, workforce trackers, and organizational charts

• Assist with hiring coordination, interview scheduling, and personnel actions

• Coordinate meetings, schedules, taskers, and administrative activities

• Prepare correspondence, reports, and executive-level documentation

• Support workforce reporting, data calls, and organizational tracking

• Ensure compliance with DoD and federal personnel policies

Requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required

• 10+ years of experience in civilian personnel, HR operations, or workforce management (DoD/federal preferred)

• Strong Microsoft Office proficiency

• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills

Preferred

• Experience supporting Space Force, Air Force, IC, or national security space organizations

• Experience supporting senior leadership or headquarters environments
