Responsibilities
The Automotive Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize diagnostic tools and equipment to accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunction of vehicles and perform repairs.
- Accurately document record of all repairs, services and maintenance performed on vehicles in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
- Collaborate with service team to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs.
- Perform maintenance and repairs with efficiency and in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.
Qualifications
- Required: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician in a Subaru dealership.
- Preferred: Subaru Master Technician.
- Candidates should be confident in diagnostics, engine repairs, and transmission repairs.
- ASE, Smog, and manufacturer certifications are desired.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
Compensation
- The estimated hourly production rate range for this position is $33.80 - $45.00.
