How do you help enterprise customers imagine new possibilities and connect them to meaningful business outcomes? As a Transformation Consultant, you will guide strategic conversations that help customers explore how Coveo can support business transformation, artificial intelligence (AI) adoption, and high-value initiatives across their organization.
You will engage early in the customer journey through executive meetings, cross-functional discussions, and art-of-the-possible workshops. Alongside customer-facing teams, you will help frame business opportunities, align use cases to customer priorities, and strengthen how Coveo communicates enterprise value and long-term transformation impact.
As our Transformation Consultant, you will:
- Lead art-of-the-possible sessions, executive workshops, and strategic discussions that help customers explore how Coveo can support transformation and AI adoption.
- Connect customer priorities and business challenges to relevant use cases where Coveo can create measurable value.
- Shape early opportunities by framing business context, intended outcomes, and value potential across functions and stakeholders.
- Partner with internal teams to build reusable workshop frameworks, executive engagement approaches, messaging, and transformation playbooks.
- Help establish a scalable and repeatable approach for Transformation engagements across customer environments.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Account Management, and Solution Engineering teams to support strategic customer conversations.
Here is what will qualify you for the role:
- 5+ years of experience in transformation consulting, management consulting, value consulting, digital strategy, solution consulting, or another customer-facing strategic role.
- Proven experience working with enterprise customers to facilitate strategic discussions and uncover high-value business opportunities.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to lead executive conversations and simplify complex ideas into actionable next steps.
- Strong business acumen, structured thinking, and comfort engaging with both business and technical stakeholders on transformation and AI-related initiatives.
What will make you stand out:
- Experience leading art-of-the-possible workshops, executive discovery sessions, or strategic customer engagements.
- Experience helping customers identify where AI, search, recommendations, or digital experiences can create business value.
- Experience working with customers in industries such as manufacturing, healthcare, technology, or financial services.
- Experience creating reusable workshop formats, messaging, or strategic playbooks.
