

Key Responsibilities:
Lead or support digital transformation projects across business units.
Analyze existing processes and workflows to identify opportunities for digitalization and automation .
Collaborate with stakeholders to define digital strategy, objectives, and KPIs .
Evaluate, recommend, and implement digital tools and platforms to improve efficiency.
Manage change management activities including training, documentation, and adoption strategies .
Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and provide insights on the impact of digital initiatives .
Coordinate with IT teams, vendors, and consultants for system implementation and integration .
Stay updated on emerging technologies and digital trends relevant to the organization.
Develop business cases and ROI analysis for proposed digital solutions.
Skills Required:
3+ years of experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, or technology implementation .
Strong knowledge of digital tools, automation platforms, and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, collaboration tools, workflow tools).
Experience with project management and digital initiative execution.
Ability to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills .
Knowledge of change management principles and best practices.
Ability to measure and report on digital KPIs and transformation impact .
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Business, or a related field .
