Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Delivery Project Manager
to lead the execution of a large, Tier-1 banking implementation (Cheque
Clearing) for a UAE bank.
The role requires strong client-facing leadership, delivery governance, and
scope control in regulated banking environments.
This is a critical delivery role on a high-visibility
program.
Key Responsibilities
Delivery & Client Management

Own
end-to-end delivery of the ICCS 3.0 implementation

Lead
and manage large, multi-disciplinary internal and external teams, ensuring
clear ownership, coordination, and accountability across all delivery
stream

Act
as the primary client-facing delivery lead

Manage
timelines, milestones, dependencies, and risks

Chair
delivery governance and steering meetings
Scope & Control

Ensure
strict adherence to the agreed scope and change control process

Prevent
scope creep and manage change requests with commercial awareness

Work
closely with internal product and engineering teams to align delivery
commitments
Planning & Execution

Own
the detailed project plan and execution roadmap

Manage
progress, RAID items, and delivery KPIs

Ensure
issues are escalated early with clear mitigation plans
Stakeholder Management

Coordinate
across product, engineering, QA, and operations teams

Work
with senior internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery
alignment

Maintain
clear, structured communication with the client at all times
Requirements

8–12+
years of experience delivering core banking, payments, and cheque clearing
platforms

Experience
working with Central Bank–regulated implementations

Experience
working with Tier-1 banks in the UAE or GCC
-
Proven
ability to manage large, complex, regulated programs

Strong
client-facing presence and communication skills

managing scope, change control, and delivery governance
