About the role
As People Operations Specialist, you will be part of our People Operations Team in Group People & Culture covering our eight offices in EMEA. The People Operations team will consist of three employees located in Copenhagen, all reporting to the Head of Employee Relations and People Operations. The team is a part of the People and Culture department.
We are a dynamic team with a wide range of tasks within people administration and people system (Workday) across the global organisation. As a People Operations Specialist, you have a hands-on role where you are responsible for and work independently with various tasks within the People Operations team. You will work closely with the other team members in People Operations, the Business Partners, and the different Centers of Excellence in the People & Culture department.
Responsibilities
As a People Operations Specialist, your focus will be on managing processes related to our employees and ensuring smooth day-to-day system processes for the various teams. You have a lot of opportunities to optimise the processes within the team as well.
Your profile
As a People Operations Specialist you need to have a service-minded approach and put a great effort into going the extra mile for your team and the organisation. You must have an interest in helping and advising leaders and employees in all of EMEA with a wide range of requests.
You can work independently, have an eye for the details and an interest in finding pragmatic solutions to the challenges you are faced with. You are a team-player and work as a trusted advisor together with the rest of the team.
You have experience from working with People operational tasks such as drafting contracts, advising on employee related questions, collective agreement etc.
You possess technical skills in people systems, along with the ability to effectively communicate in English.
It will be considered an advantage if you have previous experience from the financial sector.
