Job Description Summary
You will be part of Vernova Treasury DT department (Team of 17 talents located in US, Ireland & France and India). Treasury is a central function of the company managing payments, cash, investments, loans, exposure and guarantees.
You will be the AGL of our Pilar Treasury Management System (Quantum) and the regulatory tools in relationship with it (TriOptima, Chatham & DTCC).
As AGL, you will have under your responsibility the AMS support team for those applications, and you will be responsible of defining with our functional stakeholder the strategy and the roadmap for those tools and drive the executions of the projects.
Your priority is seamless integration and alignment of perspectives from a broad set of stakeholders including but not limited to: Internal customers, Process Owners, Enterprise Architects, Application Managers, Development teams and Technical Architects.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategy and roadmap (including AI initiatives)
- Manage the RTS and Program budget for the application in scope
- Interacts with customers/stakeholders in VOC requirements-gathering, fine tuning, and obtaining product feedback.
- Works with cross-functional teams to deliver features and products.
- Demonstrates ability to influence customers and product managers through persuasion and influencing.
- Coordinate sprint backlogs short-term roadmap for monthly releases
- Drive & deliver yearly upgrade of Quantum
- Engages frequently with the development team; facilitates discussions, provides clarification, story acceptance and refinement, testing and validation; contributes to design activities and decisions.
- Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories and work unit.
- Partners with Service Owners/ Development Managers to ensure healthy and harmonized development process across the different applications PODS.
- Applies Agile Methodology and Lean tools
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in with advanced experience.
