Your Impact
- Own and grow the Watson Says portfolio & category strategy across Europe
- Turn insights into winning innovations, assortments & LTOs
- Drive strong in-market activation (campaigns, events, POS, sampling)
- Bring the brand to life with 360° campaigns & compelling content
- Enable Sales with sharp storytelling & customer-ready concepts
- Collaborate globally and shape a scalable beverage platform
Your ideal profile
- 3–5 years in Brand / Trade Marketing / Activation (FMCG or Beverage)
- Passion for building premium, trend-led brands
- Strong commercial mindset + hands-on execution
- Experience in foodservice or distributor-driven environments is a plus
- Excellent storytelling & stakeholder skills
- Fluent English; any other European language (ideally German, French or Spanish) is a plus
