As a Marketing QA Team Lead on the Marketing team, you’ll play a key role leading the quality assurance function supporting CRM channels. You’ll manage a team responsible for ensuring accuracy, consistency, and quality across all customer-facing CRM campaigns. In this role, you’ll drive scalable QA processes, innovate opportunities for automation and AI efficiencies, and partner cross-functionally to support both CRM and broader growth initiatives. Your work will be crucial to maintaining quality at speed as we continue to expand and evolve our marketing operations.
Oversee daily QA operations, ensuring coverage across CRM campaign workflows based on volume, priority, and key business events.
Lead a high performing team and assign team workloads, balancing capacity, skill set, and business needs.
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Analytics, to align on campaign requirements and QA standards.
Conduct regular 1:1s with team members to support development, provide feedback, and track progress against team goals.
Lead the implementation of AI and automation tools to enhance QA workflows, improve efficiency, and reduce manual effort.
Monitor and analyze QA performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve accuracy and execution.
Maintain and evolve SOPs to reflect updates in tools, systems, and campaign processes.
Identify opportunities to improve QA workflows, communication, and overall program scalability.
At least 3 years of experience in operations or marketing program management, with exposure to CRM marketing as a plus.
Experience leading or mentoring team members, with a focus on accountability and growth.
Experience managing workflows and prioritizing work across multiple campaigns or initiatives.
Proficiency with tools such as Airtable, Jira, Tableau, or similar workflow and reporting platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance metrics and generate actionable insights.
A systems-thinking mindset with the ability to navigate complex processes and evolving workflows.
Curiosity and initiative to explore automation, AI tools, and scalable solutions within QA functions.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 90,300.00 USD - 112,800.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
