About the RoleAs an Inside Sales Representative, you are the hub of activity at our Edmonton showroom. You’ll work with walk-in customers, inbound leads, contractors and trade accounts. Armed with a premium product lineup and a strong brand, your job is to assess needs, provide expert recommendations and guide customers through the selection process. This is a people-first, high-volume sales role that rewards relationship builders who are sharp, knowledgeable, and driven to close. Key Responsibilities
Welcome and serve walk-in customers in the showroom, delivering a premium, consultative experience from first greeting to signed agreement
Manage inbound leads across all channels - phone, email, web, and showroom - with prompt, professional follow-up
Support and grow contractor and trade accounts through proactive relationship management and a deep understanding of their project needs
Assess customer needs and recommend the right window and door solutions from Durabuilt’s full product lineup
Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using CRM tools, ensuring every detail is correct before it goes to the customer
Follow up consistently on open opportunities to advance deals through the pipeline and reduce lost quotes
Build a strong referral and repeat business base by delivering exceptional service that earns long-term loyalty
Collaborate closely with estimating, operations, and installation teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and satisfied customers
What You Bring
2+ years of inside sales, showroom, or counter sales experience — experience in windows, doors, building materials, or home improvement is a strong asset
A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a high-volume, multi-channel environment
Strong product knowledge aptitude — you learn technical specifications quickly and translate them into clear, customer-friendly recommendations
Excellent communication skills across in-person, phone, and email channels; you adapt your style to homeowners and trade professionals alike
Organized and detail-oriented with experience managing quotes, proposals, and follow-up activity in a CRM system
A natural relationship builder — you remember names, follow through on commitments, and make customers feel genuinely valued
What We Offer
Competitive Compensation: $50,000 base salary with a commission structure leading to an earning potential of $90,000–$120,000+.
