Main Duties:
- Understand the company’s product portfolio and clients’ needs.
- Collect the training needs from the national sales team of 3 BUs.
- Work with GM, BU heads aand Finance on the budgeting for sales training.
- Align with business strategy and target, work out long-term and short-term training plan.
- Promote the training plan, courses and programs in nation wide.
- Design, and deliver training course, programs, on-the-job coaching sessions as a certified trainer.
- Leverage internal and external resources and work across the team to provide quality training.
- Improve the communication with the distributors by providing sales training to them and coaching for Galderma sales team.
- Maintain training records and provide measurable (quantitative and qualitative) information as part of sales KPI.
- Measure the effectiveness of the training to the sales performance by developing metric and reporting tools to determine the effectiveness as well as return on investment.
Education/Training:
- Bachelor degree or above
- Medical/Pharmaceutical/Biological and related background is preferred
Work Experience:
- Preferably with about 2+ years of work experience in training or sales training of Pharmaceutical/Medical device industry.
- Preferably with 1+ years sales management experiences in multi-national companies
Required pre-requisites skills/experience for this position:
- Good knowledge of pharmacy market context
- Solid techniques as a facilitator, a trainer and a coach
- Can work independently with passion and self-motivation
- Ability to work in a matrix organization-team player(sales, medical and marketing)
- Good coordination and project management skills
- Excellent presentation and communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Passion, Integrity and hard-working

- Up-to-date knowledge of training theories and practices
