We are seeking an Extension Associate, whom under general supervision, performs more advanced program delivery duties requiring specific subject matter expertise.
Responsibilities:
Delivers content for assigned program.
Provides technical expertise for the assigned program in specific subject matter.
Produces and delivers presentations.
Develops resources, such as publications, videos, internet articles, news releases, and other online resources.
Develops educational programs.
Collects and summarizes data to measure the impact of education/outreach activities.
Communicates and plans with other faculty/staff, researchers, and educators to identify and link research with outreach/education application to the project.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree.
Two years related professional experience.
Knowledge of word processing, database, presentation and spreadsheet applications.
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
