1. Lead the creative direction and development of CMF design across future NIO and Firefly programs, shaping a progressive premium experience for Chinese and global users.
2. Drive the evolution of NIO’s CMF language toward a more emotionally engaging, culturally relevant, and commercially resonant premium expression.
3. Bring strong aesthetic judgment, material sensibility, and innovation thinking to CMF development, translating trends and user insights into compelling product experiences.
4. Act as a key creative partner to Product Design leadership, influencing design direction through clear storytelling, vision, and strategic thinking.
5. Lead by example as a hands-on creative contributor, developing innovative and production-feasible CMF concepts from early vision to final implementation.
6. Foster alignment and clarity across global CMF activities, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Lead and inspire the Shanghai CMF team, promoting a culture of creativity, curiosity, and high standards.职位要求Qualifications
1. 10+ years of CMF design experience, including significant experience within automotive, luxury, consumer technology, or other premium product industries.
2. A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional aesthetic sensibility, creativity, material understanding, and a clear design point of view.
3. Proven ability to lead CMF direction for premium products, balancing innovation, desirability, and production feasibility.
4. Strong understanding of global premium trends, consumer expectations, and cultural differences across China, Europe, and international markets.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate design vision clearly.
6. An energetic, passionate, and highly collaborative mindset, with the drive to thrive in a fast-paced and ambitious creative environment.
7. Fluency in English is required. International experience is highly valued.投递
