Job Description:
Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for a Product Change Leader A320 (f/m) to join our SA Configuration Management department based in Toulouse, France.
You will be part of a team developing evolutions and modifications for A320 Family systems and airframe. As part of the Configuration France Team, you will be involved in the management of the Product Change Process aiming at ensuring configuration consistency and product data availability from design to in-service operations.

Your challenges:
Lead the overall Project Management of changes for Airframe, Systems, Propulsion, and Painting domains.
Consolidate technical dossiers and Executive Summaries for presentation and decision-making at the Configuration Control Board.
Manage the multi-functional Product Change team to ensure change readiness.
Coordinate program contributors (Commercial, Customer Services) to gather all inputs for consistent product offer decisions.
Support configuration transformation projects.
Your boarding pass:
Proven professional experience in Project Management and aeronautical Configuration Management.
Minimum CM Certification Level 2 is required.
Technical expertise in Change Management processes and product lifecycle management.
Strong ability to analyze facts and data to support executive decision-making.
Fluency in English and French is essential for cross-functional coordination and potential management backup.
