Centralized AR & Property Support Specialist

Rate: Starting at $26.00 per hour (Hourly non-exempt position)

***Monthly new lease and renewal AND quarterly performance bonuses are paid in addition to base pay.***

We are searching for a Centralized AR & Property Support Specialist to join our team at our 564-unit apartment community conveniently located near Beltway 8, 59, 610, and I-10, The Galleria, and Memorial City Mall in Houston! The Centralized AR & Property Support Specialist provides centralized accounts receivable, remote leasing, prospect engagement, and portfolio support across multiple multifamily communities. This position assists with delinquency management, resident account support, CRM IQ, P2P, and Yardi compliance, resident portal adoption, reporting, and property support during staffing transitions or vacancies. Responsibilities include supporting property objectives as directed by the Regional Director and Vice President.

Requirements

• At least three years of on-site property management.
• Must have Assistant Community Manager experience. 
• Strong bookkeeping and organization skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Computer skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, CRM IQ, AIRM and Yardi or other similar programs.

Work Days: Monday – Friday (some weekends may be required) 
Work Hours: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Minimum of 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday. Position operates from the Houston or Austin Regional Office and provides centralized remote support to multiple multifamily communities as business needs require. Limited onsite travel may occasionally be required to provide operational support coverage.

Required License or Certification: Valid Texas Driver’s License.
