This position supports a key initiative to improve the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of the company’s customer master database. The role focuses on executing data cleansing activities, resolving duplicates and aligning customer records with newly defined data standards and procedures.
Main duties:
- Identify and resolve duplicate records across the database
- Standardize and align customer names and attributes with new internal procedures and data governance rules
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and enrichment activities
- Analyze data inconsistencies and propose corrective actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate data entry and maintenance
- Support the implementation of data quality standards and best practices
- Document processes and findings throughout the project lifecycle
