Aspire Hub is seeking dedicated Youth Workers who’s practice and values align with the Child Safety Standards, to support young people with complex needs in Child Safety residential care settings across Logan and the Gold Coast.
This is not just a job. It is an opportunity to provide safe, consistent, trauma-informed care and be a steady presence in a young person’s life when it matters most.

The young people you’ll support may have experienced trauma, loss, and significant instability.
Within a Child Safety framework, trust is built through consistency, safety, and professional, trauma-informed practice. Progress takes time, but positive change is possible with the right support.
What You’ll Do
Shifts include: Morning (6:00am–2:00pm), short shifts, and afternoon/evening (2:00pm–10:00pm with sleepover shifts) Flexibility across a 24/7 roster is essential.
