About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator -Scheduler to provide administrative and scheduling support to Talent Acquisition Partners, ensuring a seamless interview experience for candidates and hiring team.
About You – Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments
- Bachelor’s Or Master’s degree in HR, or a related discipline
- Fresher or upto 1 year of experience in a scheduling role
- Experience in interview coordination or administrative HR support
- Good communication skills for coordination with the relevant stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
It Would Be Great If You Also Had
- Experience supporting high-volume or multi-functional hiring teams
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or scheduling tools
- Exposure to global or matrixed teams
What Will You Be Doing in This Role?
- Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple roles and departments
- Manage end-to-end interview logistics, ensuring a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain accurate records of scheduling activities and related documentation
- Respond to scheduling queries from candidates and internal stakeholders in a timely manner
- Manage interview changes, including rescheduling or cancellations, with professionalism
- Keep Talent Acquisition Partners informed of interview timelines, updates, and potential conflicts
- Utilize Microsoft Outlook and other tools for efficient calendar and communication management

Hours of Work
The position is hybrid going to our office in Bangalore (2-3 times per week.), Shift Timings: 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, IST
