We’re looking for a Senior Payroll Analyst to join our growing Payroll team in Belgrade. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
5 years of experience managing payroll in a multi-jurisdictional/global payroll environment, with strong focus on EMEA (particularly France and Belgium)
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience
Proficient in English
Proficient in French
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel
It would be great if you also have…
Solid working knowledge and hands-on experience with payroll requirements, legislation, and statutory obligations, including source tax filings, social security filings, and country-specific tax rulings in France and Belgium
Working knowledge of ADP Streamline or other SaaS payroll platforms
Working knowledge of the Workday application
What will you be doing in this role?
Process payroll and perform employee file maintenance functions for assigned countries with strong focus on France and Belgium, and other selected countries to ensure the accurate and timely payment of wages.
Payroll inputs compilation, verification of outputs, including benefit deductions, reconciliations, and year end processing.
Responsible for maintaining relationships with outsourced payroll vendors including escalations, compliance issues, audits, and reporting.
Responsible for initiating payments to employees, vendors, tax authorities and social security authorities.
About the Team
The Global Payroll Team consists of 20+ team members, processing payrolls for over 12,000 colleagues in 35 countries, and around 90 entities, and is reporting to the Director of Global Payroll, with this role reporting to the Manager – EMEA Payroll. We are a truly diverse team with team members located in the US, the UK, China, Spain, Serbia, Israel and India.
